Implementing the plan to build corporate culture, on the morning of November 9, 2023, at the office of PVMR Corporation, a training course “Thinking and practicing 5S to improve operational efficiency” was organized.
Lecturers: experts from the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality – Ministry of Science and Technology, including Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duy – Productivity and Quality Project Manager; Mr. Tran Tuan Anh – Productivity and Quality Expert; Ms. Nguyen Hong Van – Productivity and Quality Expert.
Participants on the Corporation’s side: Ms. Do Thi Bich Hong – Deputy General Director of the Corporation, representing all functional departments of the Corporation and connecting online with member units.
Through the training course, students will gain:
- Understand core knowledge about 5S: nature, meaning, purpose and implementation method.
- Ability to implement and improve 5S at functional departments and working units.
- Grasp the core issues in managing and maintaining 5S, building 5S to become a part of corporate culture.
