The 4th Trade Union Congress of Petroleum Construction Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR),
term 2023-2028, on June 8, 2023, PVMR Trade Union successfully organized a karaoke contest
“The Voice of PVMR” for the first time.
Attending and cheering for the contest, on the side of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union (DKVN Community) were comrade Vu Anh Tuan – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, representatives of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union committees; On the PVMR Board of Directors, there are Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri – representative of the capital of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) at PVMR, Mr. Vu Dinh Chien – Member of the Board of Directors of PVMR, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoa – General Director of PVMR, members of the Board of General Directors, leaders of member units.

The first time it was held, the contest attracted a large number of employees throughout the corporation to actively participate. The performances are focused on investment in practice, with careful preparation of costumes, staging scenes, etc., bringing a joyful and excited atmosphere to all employees throughout the corporation. . The songs focus on praising the beauty of the homeland and the country, praising the Party and Uncle Ho; praising the maturity of the working class; historical traditions of the Oil and Gas industry; the solidarity and unanimity of the collective of workers; about love, friendship… In organizational work, the spirit of solidarity, exchange and learning between departments and units has also been promoted, ensuring savings and practical efficiency.

The success of the Karaoke Contest “The Voice of PVMR” in 2023 has contributed to improving the cultural and spiritual life of employees; thereby encouraging, encouraging, and arousing cultural and artistic potential, strongly promoting the mass cultural and artistic movement of employees throughout PVMR; At the same time, searching, discovering and fostering talents and cores for the corporation’s art teams.

The contest also contributes to propagandizing and educating employees about the good traditions of the country, the working class and trade unions; contributing to enriching the cultural and spiritual life, cultivating the love and pride of each PVMR employee with their homeland, the industry, the profession, and the unit where they work.
At the end of the competition, the final results of the groups and individuals were evaluated fairly and responsibly by the Jury. Many awards were given to solo and choir performances, the Spread award, the unit with the highest achievements, the Promising Vocalist award, the Good Combination award, the Beautiful Voice award, the Performance award, Costume award, Impressive performance, Petroleum Grace award…
