By the end of 2023, PMS’s total revenue has reached more than 252.69 billion VND, an increase of 28% compared to the 2023 plan. Accordingly, the unit’s after-tax profit reached 6.2 billion VND, an increase of 10% compared to the 2023 plan. with the plan and paying more than 13 billion VND to the State budget, an increase of 66% compared to the 2023 plan. PMS’s total revenue achieved in 2023 comes from 2 main segments: maintenance and repair services (BDSC) and BDSC support accounts for 70.16% of revenue; Construction, manufacturing and installation services also account for 17.01% of revenue. Besides, other segments such as trade, materials and goods; providing personnel; Equipment rental… also contributes to PMS’s success in 2023.

At the conference, Mr. Phan Dinh Hau – Chairman of PMS Trade Union reported on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, Labor Rules and regulations and regulations related to employees in 2023. Accordingly, PMS always strictly implements regulations on signing labor contracts with contents on labor regulations, salary regulations, KPI evaluation process… in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code. and current documents.
