The report clearly states that, right from the beginning of the term, the PVMR Party Committee has led and directed the implementation and organization of the Resolution of the 3rd PVMR Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, at the same time thoroughly grasping and organizing Organize the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Central Enterprise Sector, the Resolution of the 3rd Party Congress of the Group, term 2020-2025 to all officials and party members in unit. PVMR Party Committee issued action programs to concretize the implementation of Resolutions at all levels; Issue a Resolution to implement key annual tasks to comprehensively lead and direct all aspects of work in the PVMR Party Committee concurrently with the direction of the Board of Directors (BOD) and PVMR Executive Board.

Results of implementing the targets of the Resolution of the Corporation’s Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. In the work of building Party organizations, the target of over 80% of grassroots party organizations has completed their tasks well or better, with no weak grassroots party organizations; At least 85% of party members successfully complete their tasks, of which at least 15% of party members complete their tasks excellently; However, due to many subjective and objective difficulties, the PVMR Party Committee has not been able to develop new party members in the past half term.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Trung Tri – Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVMR praised the results the Corporation’s Party Committee has achieved in the half term 2020-2025 in general and the first 6 months of 2023 in particular, in the context of suffering many adverse impacts from the epidemic, the market and the macroeconomy. He affirmed that this preliminary conference is an important occasion, an opportunity for the corporation’s leaders to meet and exchange information with the collective leaders, officials and party members; At the same time, there were frank comments, directions, and suggestions for many important issues about the requirements and tasks set for the activities of the PVMR Party Committee in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Quang Dung – Standing Member of the Party Committee, Chief of the Group’s Party Committee Office acknowledged the efforts in leadership and direction of the PVMR Party Committee in the first half of the past term. . PVMR has been on the right track in identifying key tasks, developing strategies and implementation solutions; However, due to many difficult factors in recent years, the implementation of work, especially cadre work and party member development work, still has some problems that need to be frankly acknowledged. Therefore, he noted that in the coming time, the entire PVMR Party Committee needs more determination and drastic action from the leaders and party members, focusing on perfecting cadre work and building projects.
