PetroVietnam Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR) held its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June, 26 in HCMC. The results achieved and the upcoming plans indicate that PVMR is effectively strengthening its internal capabilities, aiming for strong development.
Attending the Congress, on behalf of major shareholder Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam), there was Mr. Pham Tuan Anh – Member of the Board of Directors of the Group; along with representatives of relevant departments of the Group. The presidium of the Congress includes: Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman; Mr. Le Van Sy – General Director; Mr. Nguyen Tran Chung – Head of the Corporation’s Supervisory Board. The Congress was attended by shareholders representing 48,107,000 shares, equivalent to 96.21% of the total voting shares of PVMR
